A $300.00 deposit is required with reservation

One bedroom rates are for 2 people, 2 bedroom rates are for 4 people, $15.00 per person per night for all extra people age 12 and over

3 day minimum stay.

All units are non-smoking – please no cigarette butts disposed of on ground on premises.

Pets allowed $75 fee for stays under one month or $100.00 per month in winter season
